Welcome to Cyber Career Club (“Program”), operated by CyberCareerClub LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing and participating in the Program, you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Overview:
Cyber Career Club is a community-based mentorship and educational platform designed to help individuals from all backgrounds break into the cybersecurity field. Whether you’re just exploring or actively transitioning, the Club includes live mentorship calls, office hours, curated learning paths, resume and LinkedIn support, and a supportive online community.

Bonus Resources:
Depending on your time of enrollment, you may also receive additional training materials, resume-building programs, or exclusive expert-led sessions.

4. Eligibility and Participation

Eligibility Criteria:
Open to individuals with internet access and a device capable of accessing content and attending live sessions.

Age Restrictions:
Participants must be 18 years or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. Registration and Account Requirements

Accurate Information:
Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.

Account Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

6. Payment and Fees

Program Cost:
The current price of Cyber Career Club is listed at checkout. Special launch or early bird pricing may apply.

Payment Methods:
Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards and other payment options offered at checkout.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

30-Day Guarantee:
If you join, show up, apply yourself, and don’t find value, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. Just email us at [email protected] with proof of participation.

Guarantee Deliverables: Screenshots or video evidence as proof of completed assignments and proof that you’ve applied yourself.

Ongoing Subscriptions:
You may cancel your membership at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments unless within the 30-day guarantee window.

No Proration:
We do not issue partial refunds for unused access or mid-month cancellations.

8. Anti-Chargeback Clause

By enrolling in the Program, you agree that any chargebacks filed outside of the refund policy window will be contested. We will provide proof of transaction, participation, and agreement to these Terms.

Chargebacks used fraudulently may result in termination from the Program and/or legal action.

9. Participant Conduct

Respectful Communication:
All members must maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Disrespectful behavior toward moderators, instructors, or other participants will result in removal.

Prohibited Behavior:
This includes harassment, hate speech, spamming, or sharing unauthorized content.

10. Intellectual Property

Ownership:
All content, materials, sessions, and media are the intellectual property of CyberCareerClub LLC.

License:
You are granted personal, non-commercial use of these materials. Redistribution, repurposing, or reselling is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Collection:
We collect personal data only to deliver your experience and improve the Program.

Third-Party Tools:
We use trusted platforms (like Skool, Stripe, and Zoom) that may require limited data sharing.

No Data Sales:

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Results Vary:
Results are not guaranteed and will vary based on effort, background, and participation.

Not Career Placement:
We provide education, mentorship, and guidance—not guaranteed job placement or hiring outcomes.

Limitation of Liability:
CyberCareerClub LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the Program.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

14. Updates and Modifications

Changes to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Marketing & Communication

Consent:
By registering, you consent to receive Program updates, event reminders, and promotional content from us.

Opt-Out:
You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in our emails or replying “STOP” to our texts.
